Terms & Conditions for Course Registration

  • Registration Confirmation

    Your registration is confirmed only after we receive your completed and signed form and payment is cleared before the last registration date.

    You will receive confirmation within 2 days after the registration closes.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    If you cancel your registration before the last registration date, a 15% administration fee will be deducted from your refund.

    No cancellations are allowed after the registration date, and you must pay the full course fee.

    If you have attended any classes before canceling, you will be charged PKR 10,000 per day for the classes taken.

  • Course Substitution

    You can nominate another person to take your place if the awarding body allows it.

    Requests for substitution must be submitted at least 3 days before the course starts.

    Qanmos may accept or reject substitution requests without any explanation.

  • Program Changes (Upgradation & Downgradation)

    You can upgrade your program if allowed.

    If you want to downgrade your program, you must inform Qanmos before the 25th of the current month.
