Practical Training
- Hands-on practice using dry, wet ordinary, and wet fluorescent powders
- Calibration of testing equipment and evaluation of magnetic fields
- Techniques for demagnetization and preservation of indications
- Real-time exercises in defect detection and evaluation
- Understand the principles and applications of Magnetic Particle Inspection
- Master techniques for Induction, permeability, reluctance, and magnetization
- Gain hands-on experience with various testing methods on engineering components.
- Meet the requirements of ASNT SNT-TC-1A standards for Level-1 and Level-2 certifications.
The training program is divided into three main areas:
- General: Covers fundamental principles and methods.
- Specific: Focuses on specialized techniques and applications.
- Practical: Provides hands-on practice in advanced NDT labs.
